The Packola Team was everything I could have asked for when starting my subscription box company. Their customer service is excellent, they worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was getting everything I needed, and I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to share their knowledge with me in a way I could understand with no previous box experience. The build your box feature on the website is top of the line, and would highly recommend them to anyone with their box needs.

My order arrived in great shape today. I put a few of them together and they look and feel great! I'm very happy with the construction and the box feels very strong and durable for future journeys through the post. They make every effort to get your order exactly as you want it. I wanted a certain font that wasn't on their website and they went out of their way to add it to my order. Very happy and will definitely be using them again!

This process was super easy!!! If you request a PDF proof they make sure all of your stuff is right before they send it! I would recommend having a vector file of your logo or design so that the prodding process goes by faster. I learned that the hard way haha... but it was still an easy and great experience with these guys! Use them! Oh one more thing.... their pricing in my opinion was cheaper than the competitors and I checked around for sometime!
