Thick, sturdy, and smooth textured paper with a non-reflective finish that complements neutral or pastel colors. Designs with lengthy text or copy are easier to read on this material.

None

Select “None” if you prefer sliding the sleeve onto the package and don’t want it adhering to the surface.

Peel and Seal Inclusion

Add optional ½" (half-inch) wide double sided tape to hold the sleeve in place.

Size

Indicate your preferred custom dimensions. Widths start at 4” and are up to 26”. Heights are at a minimum of 2” and a maximum of 12”.

Quantity

You can print at least 250 packaging sleeves. The largest quantity is at 10,000 pieces per order.

How much of your package will the packaging sleeve cover? Measure the width and height it will seal before selecting the custom dimensions.

Print in a matte or gloss finish.

Add a vibrant, shiny gloss coating or an elegant matte finish to your packaging sleeve design. Both provide additional protection, with gloss elevating bright colors and matte making text easier to read. Gloss is perfect for visual designs, while matte is perfect for listing ingredients or helpful information.

Include peel and seal double-sided tape.

Ensure your packaging sleeves stay on the box with peel and seal double-sided tape. This affordable, optional inclusion measures ½" (half an inch) and allows for rapid application with its peel-and-seal design.

Sleeves protect your box in transit, minimizing the risk of tampering or damaging the packaging and the items inside. You can also use the space to showcase your brand, list the ingredients or contents, and display instructions on how to use or assemble the product.

Q: How do I measure the correct size for my packaging sleeves?
A:

Wrap a piece of paper around your custom box or packaging container. Mark where both ends of the paper meet, adding about 0.625” of overlap to assemble the sleeve. The wrapped around paper must be big enough to slide over the container but also tight enough to keep its place. Use the final dimensions as basis for the packaging sleeves’ width and height.

Q: How long will it take to produce my packaging sleeves?
A:

Packaging sleeves take at least 5 business days for rush jobs and 7 business days for the standard time. Your packaging sleeves will be ready for shipping after this production period.

Q: If I’m sending my artwork, what format should it be in?
A:

We accept file formats in PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, AI, EPS, PSD, and ZIP. The maximum file size is 200 MB.

Q: Can I preview my artwork before it’s sent to production?
A:

Yes, you can choose “Send me a PDF proof for approval” under “Select Proofing Option” on the Upload Artwork page. We’ll email you a PDF proof and we’ll only start with production after receiving your approval.
