Please do take note that these approximations do not account for any delays from the shipper’s end. The holiday season can be a busy one for forwarders. It’s best to order your shipping and mailer boxes a couple of days earlier to guarantee that your order arrives on time.
If you requested proof, production time starts when you approve it. Please check your e-mail inbox and spam folders to make sure you get the proof and give your go-signal as soon as possible.
The best way to ensure your order arrives in time for your holiday promotion is to order early. While we’ve done our best to estimate our schedule based on historical demand, these dates are subject to change at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
For Mailer Boxes, our timelines are now based on order quantity, so if you have a large order we recommend you place it as soon as possible. For other corrugated box styles, the production times are the same the whether you’re printing a couple or hundreds, but we still encourage you to place your order early. Please refer to the tables above for estimated timelines.
If you order is late, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time for the holidays. You can choose an expedited shipping option to ensure it gets to you as soon as possible.
At Packola, our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers. However, if your order comes in beyond the production timeline we’ve outlined, we cannot guarantee it will arrive on time. We regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled as it we’ve produced already. We will work with you to make it right.
