Depending on the shape and structure of the product to be enclosed within, you can create your box in any of the following styles:

• Straight Tuck End
• Reverse Tuck End
• Snap Lock Bottom (1-2-3 Lock)
• Auto Bottom
• Seal End

Full-color and monochrome printing options are available. Choose among the following options:

• Exterior printing only
• Interior printing only
• Printing inside and outside

Materials Matter

The following materials are available for your boxes:

Cardstock

This lightweight material is durable enough to hold individual items and is an excellent blank canvas for your creativity. Choose the cardstock thickness you need for your box:

• 14 pt.
• 18 pt.
• 24 pt.

Corrugated Cardboard

Heavier, bulkier, and coarser-textured, this kind of cardboard is excellent for protecting merchandise during transit. Designed beautifully, corrugated cardboard boxes make great display cases for batched products on store shelves and counters. We currently offer the following types:

• Standard White
• Premium White with glossy ink printing
• Brown Kraft

Standard Finishes

Foundation boxes can be finished with any of the following lamination options:

• Glossy coating enhances the luster of a box surface without being too glaring to look at
• Matte adds a smooth, satiny texture to the surface that makes any text brighter and more readable
• Spot UV makes colors brighter and images more striking

Decorative Add-ons

Give your custom packaging some extra appeal with any of the following embellishments:

• Gold or Silver Foil Stamping
• Partial Glossy (Spot UV)

The unique online interface lets your see and work on your design in 3D and in real time. Add your text, logos, and images to put your stamp on your box; play up patterns and colors for maximum impact. When you’re done, just click and production can begin.

Have a design file ready? You can also upload Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files upon placing your order to get a die line template (cutting and/or folding pattern guide) based on the dimensions in your file.
