HOW TO CUSTOMIZE AND PRINT YOUR OWN CUSTOM BOXES

Creating your custom boxes at Packola is a breeze. With our product calculator, you can configure the specifications of your packaging based on your business needs. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1. Set the dimensions of your box. Select the length, width, and height of your custom boxes according to the following ranges: Length: 0.75" x 30", Width: 0.75" x 20" and Height: 1.75" x 20".

Step 2. Select the material. Our custom boxes are available in two materials: cardstock and corrugated cardboard. Cardstock comes in gloss, matte, and high-gloss UV finishes and has 14 pt., 18 pt., and 24 pt. options for thickness. Corrugated cardboard, on the other hand, is offered in standard white corrugated cardboard, premium white corrugated cardboard with glossy ink, and Kraft (brown) corrugated cardboard.

Step 3. Choose your preferred printed side/s. Print your design on the outside panels only, inside panels only, or both outside and inside of the boxes. There’s also an option for blank boxes, which are non-printed.

Step 4. Decide on how many boxes you need. Whether product, mailer, or shipping boxes, you can order as few as one (1) box if you want to see the quality of our printing first. However, if you want to get bigger savings right off the bat, bulk printing your custom boxes is still the best option.

Step 5. Pick your desired printing time. Standard turnaround time for our custom-printed product boxes is 15 to 20 business days while our custom-printed mailer and shipping boxes can take 20 to 25 business days. If you’re in a rush, you can expedite the production time to 6 to 8 business days for an additional charge.
